Susan Lordi's Signature Collection consists of sculptural art pieces related by architectural form, distinctive coloring and textural surfaces. These are timeless gifts, evoking memories of relationships, inspirations for the future, and beautiful reminders of our family, friends and aspirations. Emotion is expressed through every detail. The figurines are more columnar in shape, with decorative elements at the base, and gestural form at the top. The coloring of hair, skin and garment is merely suggestive, with emphasis on intense blue gradation of color (on some) and applied gold leaf detail.
