Standard Shipping Information
Shipping typically occurs within 72 hours of order placement, however, please allow up to 5-10 days for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery is limited to the 50 United States and we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping cost is based off order total for standard products. DEMDACO reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

All of our products are hand-crafted and have slight variations in color, texture and finish that are common and inherent to the nature of hand-crafted items, as well as the materials of which they are manufactured. These discrepancies do not pose or infer a defect in the product.
In extremely rare cases, an item might be listed as in stock; however, due to traffic and multiple customers ordering the same product at the same time, the product may be backordered. If this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to keep your order on file until the item returns to stock, cancel your order or replace the item with another.
